1. Introduction

Welcome to the Senshi Martial Arts WebHub (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Senshi Martial Arts, Stratfield Brake Sports Ground, Kidlington, Oxford, OX5 1UP (“Senshi”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you (“you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility & User Obligations

You must be at least 18 years old to book an adult class or submit personal data on your own behalf. Parents/guardians may book children’s classes and provide information for under-18s.

You agree that any information you submit is accurate, current, and complete.

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful or unauthorised purposes, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Martial-arts training is physically demanding. By booking a trial or membership, you confirm that you (or your child) are in suitable physical condition and have consulted a medical professional where necessary. Senshi accepts no liability for injuries or health issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow coach instructions.

4. Booking, Membership & Payments

Free Trials: Trial bookings are subject to availability and may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Membership Plans: Memberships are billed in advance (weekly or monthly, as selected). Payment failure may suspend training privileges until cleared.

Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel a membership with 30 days’ written notice. Refunds are not issued for unused sessions, except where required by law.

Class Attendance: Memberships cover the specified number of weekly sessions. Unused sessions do not roll over unless expressly stated in writing.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and downloadable materials (e.g., eBooks)—is owned by Senshi or licensed to us, and is protected by UK and international intellectual-property laws. You may view or download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

6. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law: We exclude all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site and its content.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded under English law.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only; we do not endorse or accept responsibility for their content or practices.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. By using the Site, you consent to that processing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
