1. Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all.

Our classes are designed for beginners, and we meet you where you're at. You’ll build fitness as you go – one class at a time.

2. I’ve never done martial arts before - will I be out of my depth?

Absolutely not.

Most adults who join us have never done martial arts before. We break things down step-by-step and make sure you feel supported the whole way through.

3. What should I wear to my first class?

Just wear comfortable workout clothes – shorts or joggers and a t-shirt are perfect. Bring a water bottle and be ready to move.

4. What kind of fitness can I expect to gain?

Kickboxing is great for full-body fitness – you’ll build strength, improve cardio, boost endurance, and burn fat while learning real skills.

5. Is it okay if I’m nervous?

100%. Everyone is nervous at first – and we totally get it.

You’ll find that our classes are friendly, welcoming, and pressure-free. Most people leave their first class wondering why they didn’t start sooner.

6. Do I have to spar or fight?

Nope. Sparring is completely optional and only introduced when you're confident, ready, and want to try it. Many members train purely for fitness, confidence, or personal goals.
